This rather busy part of New York is always crowded with people. Many homeless people crash on the sidewalk but usually any sort of home is hard to come by. There are rather tall condos and apartment buildings with outrageously high rent. Good luck landing yourself an affordable place to stay. Please be clear as to where your character is!
