With the university so close by the student slums is clearly taking over the west end! Run down apartments with somewhat affordable rent are easy to come by but the small townhouses can be found every so often too. Sadly none come without drunken students on the lawns so be sure to find a room mate you can trust. Please be specific as to where your character is!
